Think of me as your personal planner, or perhaps you’d prefer your ‘planning assistant’. Whether it is an overseas holiday, a birthday party, a celebratory weekend away, I’ll plan it.

For birthdays I'd love to help with all things catering, decor and the finer details to make the day seamless and extra special.

As for travel, I am not a typical 'travel agent' that merely acts upon your instruction. I specialise in the itinerary planning process, offering detailed and elevated suggestions, tailored to you, to help you create your dream trip.

Who Am I?

Hi! My name is Chloe Pagliaro and I am the owner and founder of 'the planner'. I have studied a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & HR) as well as a Certificate of Professional Wedding Planning, Styling and Design.

I have been fortunate enough to travel domestically and internationally to some of the world's most luxurious destinations quite regularly for over 10 years now. I have an intrinsic passion for travel and all things organised. I love helping to plan our family holidays and I also have worked as an assistant to a well-known Australian model and influencer, planning all her travel.

For events, the wedding planning course I completed has proved extremely helpful. I have assisted with planning a co-workers wedding, I've planned 50th's and also my own 21st. I find the 'wow factor' for any event comes with the extreme attention to detail, which is something I pride myself on being able to accomplish.
